As help to the navigation it is suggested this map of the electronic edition, where the different types of contents can be found through the code colours.

In all the pages are references to these three groups of contents.

This map also intends, in the navigation of the pages that contains the chapters, a sequential reading of the main content: the chapters.

There is a link, in the foot of each one of the chapters, toward the version that has been published in paper, and another link inside the index towards the whole content of this paper edition.
